Hey, I’m Richard and I’m a user experience designer based just outside Toronto, Canada.

My journey into user experience came naturally, and it’s a field that aligns perfectly with my personality.

After seven years of visual designing, I decided it was important for me to make a transition to user experience design due to my passion for solving problems and creating great products that people can use to make their lives easier and more efficient. From a young age, I’ve always had the natural gift of attention to detail and the desire to have things work smoothly. I’ve worked on an extensive list of projects with an extensive list of team members, including developers, product owners, architects, managers, and directors. Whether it’s a mobile app, a desktop app, SaaS, eCommerce, enterprise design or anything in between, I’ve enjoyed my experiences of putting together solutions that people can enjoy using.

When I’m not working on improving the user experience of a product or learning more about design as a whole, I’m usually working out, watching or listening to insightful videos or podcasts, or spending time with my family and friends.
